Hull Samba – Weekly Samba Drumming Group

Hull Samba meet at Trinity Methodist Church, Newland Avenue, Hull every Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm.  Beginners and experienced players welcome!  £2 unwaged/low wage and £4 waged.

All instruments are provided and no previous experience is required. We offer a welcoming environment and encourage all newcomers to come and join our beginners class. Drumming is a fun and stress busting activity, you can make new friends and learn a new skill with our experienced and supportive musical directors who will help you develop  your instrumental technique. You will learn some traditional Brazilian rhythms as well as original pieces developed by Hull Samba.

The weekly classes take place at Trinity Methodist Church, Newland Avenue, Hull, HU5 2EJ. We are on the corner of Newland Avenue and Cottingham Road, next to Tesco Express.

Parking is available.

The two-hour class begins at 7pm (doors open at 6.50) ending at 9pm.
